Q: Is there a smartphone app I can install to access the GLFHC Patient Portal?

A: Unfortunately, there isn’t an app version of the GLFHC Patient Portal available at this time.

Q. Can I connect a custom application to my GLFHC Patient Portal

We support our patients having access to their health information through an Application Programming Interface (API) and we have enabled the ability for certain mobile and other applications to use the API that meet the requisite technical specification and security requirements to provide you access to your health information in a safe and secure way.  Click here to learn more

Q: Why hasn’t my provider responded to my message yet?

A: While we work hard to answer messages within two business days, our providers have different hours and response times, and your provider may be temporarily away from the office.
